Don’t take our word for it. Our clients have plenty to say after using our services:
We couldn't have had a more complicated process. One of us is American, one of us is British and we live in Norway. We were married on Tobago (so new wedding certificate is problematic) and have worked in Bangladesh and Venezuela in the last 5 years, neither of which can provide a police report. Every time we visit the US Embassy it costs $600 to fly ourselves to Oslo. One Fedexed document from Norway to our agency can cost $100. Just how much more complex could adoption be? For us, the best decision we made throughout this process was to contact Pam. I emailed a number of people for help with our dossier and Pam got back to me first. I was impressed by the speed and confidence of her response and she maintained this inspiring level of proficiency throughout the process of compiling our dossier. Frankly, I suspect we would have taken months and months more time had we not had Pam on our side. I am not given to gushing compliments (yes, you guessed it, I'm the British side of the family!) but I can wholeheartedly recommend Pam to you. I am extremely relieved that I decided to engage her services and, without reservation, suggest you do the same!

The process of adopting a child can beoverwhelming.
Besides for the emotionalism of the process, the dossier can be a bit scary to conquer. I found Pam's company online and at first was a bit hesitant because she was located in Florida and I in California. I spoke with my agency and asked about Pam and her company and I was told she had a wonderful reputation.
I decided to give her a call and after speaking to Pam the decision to hire her was easy. She is extremely knowledgeable about the adoption process, she is experience with each state we had to deal with
(4 to be exact) and she had connections with couriers here so I didn't' have to worry about a thing! She made the dossier process so very easy and it went very smoothly. She's also an adoptive parent so she understands all the emotions we are experiencing and she always took a moment to lend an ear and calm me down when I needed it. She's amazing and I would not have wanted to do our dossier without her. Thank you Pam for being a part of the amazing journey to our daughter!

We could not be more delighted with how hard you worked for us and how much you supported us!

A very special thank you to a truly remarkable woman, Pam Eidson. In a world full of mediocrity she is truly a shining star. One of the first times I spoke to her I made the mistake of prefacing my question with “I know that this is a stupid question...” Let me tell you, Pam made it very clear to me that no question was stupid as far as she was concerned. I knew right then and there that this woman I had hired for this very important service would become a treasured friend through the process. I was right! She is the total professional. She updated me constantly and has been my biggest cheerleader. Even though I am very organized, I felt it would be smarter to leave this work to a professional. I was correct. If you want the best to assist you with your dossier, then contact Pam Eidson.

I really wanted to tell you how much we appreciated your assistance and support. It is because of you that we never felt alone in the paper chase... you did
much more than help with the dossier. You were a constant source a advice and experience, and for that we will be forever grateful.
- Jan & Russ Saunders, Florida
Using Pam as my dossier consultant was the best! She made the entire paperchase a breeze for me, she took care of everything! Although we live in Illinois she was able to complete our dossier and she did so with extreme care, excellent communication and in a very timely manner. Honestly, she was SO worth her fee, it was the best money I've spent in a long time!
- Stefanie Leist, Illinois
Thank you for making the process for Kristie and I so easy. I don’t see how we could have accomplished this without you. You were there from day one and were always just an email or phone call away. Words cannot express our appreciation for all you have done for our family, you are blessed with a talent and love for what you do, and families that have an opportunity to work with you will feel the same as Kristie and I. Thanks again
- Butch Devlin, Florida
You have done so much to help us and take the stress out of this process that we just can’t thank you enough.

OUR FAMILIES ADOPTIONS
The Consbrucks

For a very long time, even before she met me, my wife had been planning for the day she would adopt a precious daughter from China. Stephanie couldn’t tell exactly what sparked her yearning, but she knew deep in her heart that this was meant to be the way she would have a family. When she met me she told me about her dream, and I said “yes” to the dream, too.
On July 24, 2004, we met with Pam Eidson to talk about the adoption process for China. Pam was the local representative for Great Wall China Adoption in Jacksonville and also had a highly recommended dossier service. She was friendly and informative, and shared her own adoption story video with us. After meeting with Pam just once, we felt assured that this part of the “paper chase” would be in great hands.
Over the next few months, Pam assisted us in getting all the proper forms filled out, notarized, certified, and authenticated. We had heard stories about the “nightmare” paper chase, but everything flowed very smoothly and quickly with Pam guiding us every step of the way. Pam kept in touch with us on a regular basis via telephone and email. She even met with us to gather our documents as they were ready. When our dossier reached our agency it was perfect, so off to China it immediately went, without a hitch!

On November 19, 2004, the Chinese government registered all the paperwork that we needed to adopt a baby from their country. Then, it was just a waiting game.
On May 25, 2005, the call came. Our adoption agency had received the information and pictures from China, and sent them to us. Casey was the most beautiful baby we had ever seen – big and inquisitive eyes, chubby cheeks and perfect lips. Wow!

On July 12, 2005 – “Gotcha Day” in Chongqing, China - all the dreaming, paperwork, planning, and traveling came to fruition. We were honored to adopt Casey Mei Ying Consbruck, formerly known as Qian Mei Ying. Finally, we held our daughter in our arms! We were so overwhelmed with joy, we cried. Casey cried too - because she didn’t know what was happening at the time. But now, she had a nice home and an American Mommy and Daddy who loved her fiercely from the instant they saw her picture.
We thank God, Casey’s Chinese parents, the People’s Republic of China, and Pam Eidson for the most precious gift of Casey Mei Ying!

I had heard about Pam through other adoptive families who were more than satisfied with her services. My husband and I had made the decision in late January of 2005 that our daughter to be was in China and that we needed to immediately begin the process that would bring her home. Once the decision was made we wanted to move as fast as lightning. We were both 43 years old and I had a son in college. We felt that there was no time to waste. It was for this reason that we chose to work with a dossier preparation service. We're both business owners and believe that if you want something done correctly then you leave it to a professional in that particular field. The person should have the knowledge and expertise to execute their tasks properly and efficiently. We didn't want to get bogged down in the seemingly endless process that is the international adoption paper chase. Pam Eidson was that person for us, and for so many others.
We began our paper chase in early February 2005 and our dossier was winging its way to China on April 29, 2005. That was even with a delay of two weeks due to USCIS losing our original homestudy. When our agency received our completed dossier they said that it was "absolutely perfect". They even told me that since they did not have to make any corrections at all, that they would send it the following day instead of the following week with other dossiers that had come in the same day.
During the entire process, Pam contacted us weekly with updates. It was so comforting to hear her voice and to know that we had someone so knowledgeable on our side. We also knew that she empathized with us as she is an adoptive mom herself. She totally understood what we were feeling at the time. When our dossier was sent to China, I felt that other than my husband Marc and myself, that there was no one more pleased that Pam. In fact, throughout our 10 month wait for a referral Pam was one of our biggest cheerleaders; giving us words of wisdom and encouragement. She even encouraged me along with our social worker to start a local chapter of Families with Chinese Children here in South Florida. I did that along with another adoptive mom and we have an active social and support group now for our children and ourselves.
On March 17, 2005 we finally received the referral of our daughter, Katie Starr Hongshan Weinstock. We traveled as a family two days after my son's college graduation in May to bring home our beautiful Katie forever. Katie has brought our entire family true happiness. She is the light in our lives. We feel that Pam Eidson was a conduit to making our dreams come true. If not for Pam and the timing of our dossier going to China we would not have the daughter that we have today.
Without equivocation, we feel that there is no one better than Pam Eidson at what she does and we feel very fortunate to be able to call her "friend."
